For full warranty coverage information, you can refer to the standard limited warranty for your product which can be found in the owner's manual accompanying the product. The Samsung Care+ for Home Appliances & TVs Plan will provide the same coverage as the standard limited warranty for your product.
The standard limited warranty covers the product for one year from the date of purchase, after which any service maintenance is the owner's responsibility. Purchasing the Samsung Care+ for Home Appliances & TVs Plan will extend this coverage over the extended period.
The Samsung Care+ for Home Appliances & TVs may be purchased at any time prior to the expiry of the original manufacturer's warranty (up until a maximum of 12 months) accompanying the purchased product (exception applies to British Columbia as per provincial legislation, where the Plan must be purchased within thirty (30) days from the original product purchase date.).

Your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Hearable Device or Wearable Device is protected by the manufacturer's warranty in the first year after purchase and the Plan extends the mechanical malfunction or defect coverage for an additional year. There are no limits for service requests due to mechanical malfunction or defects, provided they are not protected by the manufacturer's warranty.
From the time of Plan purchase and for the full term of the Plan, your Device is covered for physical or liquid damage. If Device failure is due to physical or liquid damage, this Plan provides for a maximum of two (2) service requests per year to a maximum of four (4) service requests throughout the lifetime of the Plan.
Protection begins on the date you purchase Samsung Care+ and ends the earlier of: 1. 24 months from the device purchase date; and 2. the date Samsung Care+ is cancelled in accordance with the section in the Terms and Conditions entitled “Can this Plan be Cancelled?”.* Repair services will not be provided for any damage or malfunction occurring more than 24 months from the device purchase date.Terms and Conditions

The Samsung Care+ purchase price for Galaxy Smartphones,Tablets and Laptops is determined by the device tier based on the make and model of your device. To find your device’s tier, please visit https://support-ca.samsung.com/secaew/consumer/ca, click your device type in the ‘Select Product Plan’ section, and follow the instructions. All service fees are based on your device’s tier at the time you purchased the plan.
Call Us at 1-877-699-1356, 24 hours / 7 days per week (including holidays) to initiate a service request. You may be eligible for same day repair at one of our specified service locations. You may be required to provide the original Confirmation Letter for the device or any other information We may reasonably request.
Enrolling is simple! You may enroll online or at the Samsung Experience Store when you purchase your applicable Galaxy Smartphone, Laptop, Tablet or Wearable device. You can also purchase the plan within 60 days of your device purchase date. If you do not purchase the plan at the same time as you purchase your Galaxy device but purchase the plan within the 60 days following your purchase date, a 25-day waiting period will apply before you can request services under the plan. Your protection begins on the date you purchase Samsung Care+, and ends 24 months from the device purchase date, unless the plan is cancelled earlier in accordance with the Samsung Care+ Terms and Conditions.

All service fees are based on Your Device’s tier at the time you purchased the Plan.
For Galaxy Z Fold3 5G devices, a service fee of $39 will apply to service requests for exterior screen-only damage. For Galaxy Z Flip3 5G devices, a service fee of $39 will apply to service requests for exterior screen-only or back glass-only damage. Devices with any other damage will be subject to the full Service Fee.
The full Service Fee of $189 for Galaxy Z Fold3 5G devices and $79 for Galaxy Z Flip3 5G devices, as outlined in the table above, will be collected at time of service request. Upon inspection of your device, and confirmation of eligibility for the reduced service fee, a refund of the difference will be processed. *CDN fee, plus applicable taxes
