The Mobile Care package provides two years of protection for your Samsung Smart Phone and provides for a maximum of two (2) service requests during the term of the Plan1. It also extends the mechanical malfunction or defect coverage of your manufacturer’s warranty for an additional year.
The Extended Warranty plan adds protection to the life of your Samsung Tablet, Monitor, Television and/or Home Appliance. Depending on the plan you purchase, you can add additional years of protection to the standard manufacturer's warranty provided by Samsung.
To purchase your new Mobile Care or Extended Warranty plan simply input your IMEI number or serial number and view the available plan for your product. Protect your Samsung product with Samsung Mobile Care or Samsung Extended Warranty, as applicable.

For full warranty coverage information, you can refer to the standard limited warranty for your product which can be found in the owner's manual accompanying the product. The Samsung Smart Service Extended Warranty Plan will provide the same coverage as the standard limited warranty for your product.
The standard limited warranty covers the product for one year from the date of purchase, after which any service maintenance is the owner's responsibility. Purchasing the Samsung Smart Service Extended Warranty Plan will extend this coverage over the extended period.
The extended warranty may be purchased at any time prior to the expiry of the original manufacturer's warranty (up until a maximum of 12 months) accompanying the purchased product (exception applies to British Columbia as per provincial legislation, where the Plan must be purchased within thirty (30) days from the original product purchase date.).
Your smartphone is protected by the manufacturer’s warranty in the first year after smartphone purchase and the Plan extends the mechanical malfunction or defect coverage for an additional year. There are no limits for service requests due to mechanical malfunction or defects, provided they are not protected by the manufacturer’s warranty.
From the time of Plan purchase and for the full term of the Plan, your smartphone is covered for physical or liquid damage. If Device failure is due to physical or liquid damage, this Plan provides for a maximum of two (2) service requests during the term of the Plan.
Call Us at 1-877-699-1356, 24 hours / 7 days per week (including holidays) to initiate a service request. You may be required to provide the original Confirmation Letter for the smartphone or any other information We may reasonably request.
Enrolling is simple! You may enroll online or at the Samsung Experience Store when you purchase your smartphone.
You can also purchase the Plan within 30 days of Your smartphone purchase date. If you do not purchase the Plan at the same time as You purchase Your smartphone but purchase the Plan within the 30 days following Your smartphone purchase date, a 25-day waiting period will apply before You can request services under the Plan.
